Antitrust Violations. Representation of clients in administrative procedures, preliminary inspections and administrative proceedings ongoing before the Brazilian System for Economic Defense (SBDC), specially before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
 

Merger Filings. Filing of notifications of economic transactions and agreements with the Brazilian antitrust agencies; defense of third-parties challenging transactions before antitrust agencies; negotiation of settlements such as divestiture and stand-still agreements.
 

Prevention of antitrust violations. Creation and implementation of antitrust compliance programs, as well as holding of seminars and trainings in connection with the antitrust practice; preparation of legal and economic opinions, studies about impacts caused by corporate transactions or practices in economy.
 

Representation of clients before regulatory agencies. Work related to merger filings and antitrust investigations (e.g., ANATEL, ANVISA, ANP, ANTT etc.).
