-Unions. Review of classification by territory and by category; assistance in trade union negotiations; review of agreements and/or collective bargaining agreements; guidance as to the payment of union contributions.
-Profit or results sharing program. Assistance to define rules pursuant to the legislation and to negotiate with employees’ committee and/or trade union; preparation of draft agreements.
-Foreign work and international work. Advisory on legal aspects of hiring foreign professionals and transfer of professionals for work abroad.
-Stock plans. Review of legal impacts involving domestic and international stock plans.
-Private pension plans. Advice on their formatting, implemention and review.
-Worker’s Compensation Insurance / Work Environment Risk. Review of classification based on the company’s establishments.
- Reviews and due diligences. Identification of possible opportunities and risks based on labor, social security and accounting documents.
- Strategic labor litigation. Defense in judicial proceedings and labor assessments with high financial and/or strategic risks for the company.
- Social security and tax litigation. Defense against tax assessments issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service; defense against the Accident Prevention Factor (“FAP”) and Epidemiological Technical Nexus (“NTEP”); judicial proceedings to challenge social contributions; assistance in complying with inspections.
