Our team is comprised of approximately 150 people, of which around 100 are lawyers and trainees. Highly skilled and specialized, our lawyers have great experience — including abroad — in the firm’s practice areas.

 

Several partners and associates, in addition to being lawyers, are also graduated in fields which are related to Business Law, such as Accounting, Business Administration and Economy.

Even though divided into practice groups in the areas of expertise of our firm, our professionals work in an integrated and coordinated fashion, relying on the direct supervision and involvement of partners, supported by an efficient staff and administrative structure.

Several tax partners and associates come from international tax audit and consulting firms. This experience and background enable them to better assess and address complex issues by taking into account not only the legal aspects involved, but also financial and accounting aspects.

In addition, we have professionals in our team who are also professors in reputable law schools and post graduation institutions, such as, for instance, Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Pontifícia Universidade São Paulo (PUC-SP).
