
Rogério Gaspari Coelho is a partner in the indirect taxes area at Machado Associados. Over the past 15 years, he has acquired experience in tax litigation, customs matters, public law and indirect taxes, the latter being the practice in which he focused his expertise. He advises Brazilian and multinational companies on tax-focused business structuring; tax-related aspects of due diligences and M&A transactions; and tax issues in contracts and agreements.
