Machado Associados received the award of Brazil Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year, at the ceremony “Americas Tax Awards 2013”. The event, held in New York, was fostered by the publication International Tax Review (Euromoney) and recognized the law and audit firms that stood out in the last year because of their practice in the tax area. In addition to such award, Machado Associados was further praised in the categories Brazil Tax Firm of the Year, Latin America Tax Disputes Firm of the Year and Latin America Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year.
It was the fourth time that the firm had its work acknowledged in the “Americas Tax Awards” of the International Tax Review. In 2012, it was elected Brazil Tax Firm of the Year, in 2009, it was Latin America M&A Tax Team of the Year and, in 2008, it was awarded Latin America M&A Tax Transaction of the Year.
