Streamlining of the Tax System
The book “Racionalização do Sistema Tributário” (Streamlining of the Tax System), of Noeses Publishing House, was published during the 14th National Congress of Tax Studies, of the IBET. It was co-authored by Júlio M. de Oliveira and Rogério Gaspari Coelho, members of the Indirect Taxes area. Júlio and Rogério are co-authors of the chapter “Dissolução Irregular da Sociedade – Aspectos Presuntivos na Atribuição de Responsabilidade Tributária dos Sócios” (Irregular dissolution of the company – presumptive aspects of the shareholders’ tax liability).
